Key Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound Inquiries: Answer incoming phone calls and digital requests from property owners experiencing water, fire, or mold emergencies.
- Qualify & Convert Leads: Assess customer needs through active listening, pitch appropriate restoration services, and convert inquiries into scheduled emergency jobs.
- Document Claim Details: Log precise loss information, caller details, and insurance data into the corporate CRM system.
- Dispatch Production Teams: Coordinate with local franchise production managers to ensure fast deployment of restoration crews to the loss site.
- Collaborate with Sales: Pass specialized or large-loss commercial leads to the field-based Business Development Team for follow-up.

Follow Up: Track open leads and guide property owners through the initial intake funnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in customer service, call center environments, or inside sales roles.
- Communication: Strong active listening skills paired with an empathetic, professional phone demeanor to handle stressed callers.
- Sales Aptitude: Ability to implement conversion strategies, overcome pricing or timing objections, and close sales.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing software, and fast data entry.

Adaptability: Capability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced, emergency-driven disaster recovery environment.
